"Profit Alert" ENERGY INTINV forecasts a minimum increase of HKD 365 million in annual profit
ENERGY INTINV (00353.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit increase of HKD 365 million to HKD 375 million for the fiscal year ending in March compared to the 2024 fiscal year. This is mainly due to an increase in fair value gains from investment properties of HKD 524 million and a share of joint performance of approximately HKD 13 million. However, this is partially offset by a decrease in gross profit and the recognition of impairment losses
