According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHEUNG YUE GP announced that the group expects to incur a net loss of approximately HKD 9.7 million for the year ending March 31, 2025, compared to a net profit of approximately HKD 4.3 million for the year ending March 31, 2024. The board believes that the net loss is mainly due to: a decrease in group revenue; a decline in the overall gross profit margin of projects undertaken by the group; and impairment losses on the acquisition of right-of-use assets
