Maxwell issued a clarification statement on June 26, stating that recently, some media platforms published false articles and videos titled "HJT leader Maxwell becomes an executed person" and "Maxwell executed 15,000 and did not repay," which are seriously inconsistent with the facts. The company had a dispute with a certain party due to a housing lease contract, and the Changxing County People's Court accepted the case in January 2025 and organized mediation in February of the same year. After negotiation, both parties reached a consensus agreement. The company made a one-time payment in full on March 21, 2025, as per the mediation agreement, and this matter has been settled. Due to the Changxing County People's Court not synchronizing information with the concerned party in a timely manner, it mistakenly filed the "Suzhou Maxwell Technology Co., Ltd. execution case" on June 16, 2025. Upon learning of this, the company immediately communicated with the court and submitted payment proof. After verification, the court confirmed that the payment had been settled
