"Performance" ASSO INT HOTELS turned from profit to loss of 561 million yuan for the whole year, declaring a final dividend of 19 cents

ASSO INT HOTELS (00105.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ending March this year, with a revenue of HKD 299 million, an increase of 2.3% year-on-year. Due to an investment property valuation loss of HKD 709 million during the year, it turned from profit to loss, recording a loss of HKD 561 million, compared to a profit of HKD 377 million in the same period last year; the loss per share was HKD 1.56. A final dividend of HKD 0.19 was declared, down from HKD 0.25 in the same period last year
