<li>The index of the seven major U.S. tech stocks rebounded above 172 points, moving away from the low of 122.15 points reached on April 7.</li>
<li>The &#34;Trump Tariff Losers Index&#34; has recently hovered around the 98-point mark, having dropped to 72.49 points on April 8.</li>

In early April this year, when Trump's tariff policy triggered a sharp decline in U.S. stocks, Becerra downplayed the drop in the U.S. stock market, calling it a short-term reaction. &#34;People have a long-term perspective; the stock market is considered a good investment because it is a long-term investment. If you look at it day by day, week by week, the risks are very high. In the long run, it is a great investment.&#34;
Becerra's view is that there is no reason to expect Trump's tariffs to lead to a recession in the U.S. economy.
