NEXION TECH: Zuo Tifen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
NEXION TECH announced that Roy Ho Yew Kee and Deng Zelin resigned as non-executive directors and from related committee positions. Zuo Tifen was appointed as an independent non-executive director and chair of multiple committees, while Kenneth Vun was appointed as a member of the remuneration committee. The new appointments will take effect from January 30, 2025
According to the announcement from NEXION TECH (08420), effective from January 30, 2025: 1. Roy Ho Yew Kee has resigned as a non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the remuneration committee; 2. Deng Zelin has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as (i) chairman of the nomination committee, (ii) chairman of the remuneration committee, and (iii) member of the audit committee; 3. Zuo Tifen has been appointed as (i) independent non-executive director, (ii) chairman of the nomination committee, (iii) chairman of the remuneration committee, and (iv) member of the audit committee; and 4. Mr. Kenneth Vun has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee
