DAISHOMICROLINE's subsidiary provides over 19.84 million yuan in financing for joint ventures

DAISHOMICROLINE (00567.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Digital Mind and Hong Kong Clearing Company each subscribed for 20,000 and 30,000 shares of the joint venture Noricap Fund G.P. Ltd., investing USD 20,000 and USD 30,000 respectively, accounting for 40% and 60% of the total issued share capital of the joint venture. Upon completion, the financial performance of the joint venture will not be consolidated into the group's financial statements, but will serve as the general partner of a special purpose fund.

Regarding the joint venture's subscription for the special purpose fund, Hong Kong Clearing Company and Digital Mind each provided financing of HKD 29.766 million and HKD 19.844 million to the joint venture in proportion to their shareholding
