ZHONG JI LS dissolves 3 joint venture companies under its umbrella

ZHONG JI LS (00767.HK) announced the dissolution of its three joint ventures, including Sichuan Zhong Ji Guande Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Zhong Ji Qihang Medical Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Zhong Ji Meiluosi Technology Health Management Service Co., Ltd.

The company stated that, in light of the continuously changing market and economic environment, it has reached an agreement with the counterparties to amicably resolve the situation, voluntarily terminating the joint venture agreements and dissolving the joint ventures. Neither party shall have the right to claim any losses, damages, or expenses from the other party due to the dissolution. The group will not generate any cash gains or record any significant cash outflows as a result of the dissolution of the aforementioned joint ventures.

The group believes that the dissolution of the joint ventures will not have a significant adverse impact on its financial performance and operations. Despite the dissolution of the joint ventures, the group remains optimistic about future business prospects in the long term and will continue to prudently implement its business plans, hoping to better seize opportunities when the industry recovers
