The "Shanglong" in Sai Ying Pun bids to sell 6 unique units, cashing out nearly HKD 58 million

REGAL INT'L (00078.HK) sold 6 unique units at its Sai Ying Pun project "Shang Long" yesterday (2nd) through a bidding process. These include low and high-level platform units, covering studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, totaling nearly HKD 58 million in cash, with practical square foot prices ranging from HKD 29,000 to HKD 32,000, setting a new high for the project recently.

Including the 107 units sold earlier, the project has generated over HKD 830 million in cash within two weeks. Wei Zhensheng, Director of Regal Property Agency, stated that due to the project's unique units being "rarely available," combined with the recent positive atmosphere in the overall property market, he believes the remaining unique units will continue to be in demand
