Some consumers question Xiaomi YU7 "stealthily changing configurations," customer service claims it is a "copywriting error in the configuration table."
Since its launch on June 26, the Xiaomi YU7 has seen a surge in orders, accompanied by various controversies. Recently, some car buyers reported that the Xiaomi YU7 may have altered configurations without notice. When placing an order, both the standard and Pro versions of the Xiaomi YU7 indicated that the exterior mirrors had an automatic anti-glare function, but after locking the order, they found that only the Max version had this feature. In response, Xiaomi Automobile's official customer service stated that it was a "copy error in the configuration table." (China Securities Journal)
