
Indian solar photovoltaic module manufacturer Emmvee applies for initial public offering
Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Company has submitted a draft prospectus to the Indian market regulator, seeking to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The solar photovoltaic module and solar cell manufacturer, headquartered in Bangalore, is seeking approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its IPO, which is sized at INR 30 billion. The company will offer up to INR 21.44 billion in new shares, while the founders will sell up to INR 8.56 billion in shares. The joint lead underwriters for this IPO are JM Financial, IIFL Capital Services, Jefferies India, and Kotak Mahindra Capital
