The "Shanglong" in Sai Ying Pun is reselling 6 units, cashing out over HKD 41 million

REGAL INT'L (00078.HK) sold 6 units at its Sai Ying Pun project "Shang Long" yesterday (8th), including one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, among which was a unique unit sold by tender, a low-floor two-bedroom platform unit with a platform area of 557 square feet, and the unit's usable area price reached HKD 30,000 per square foot.

The total transaction price for all 6 sold units exceeded HKD 41 million. Together with the 111 units sold earlier, the project has realized over HKD 850 million. Wei Zhensheng, Director of Regal Property Agency, stated that after several rounds of sales, there are currently only a few high-floor units left at Shang Long, including three unique rooftop units. Considering the recent positive atmosphere in the property market, he believes suitable buyers can be found soon
