Citi released a research report stating that it believes tariffs will generally be adjusted in response to ongoing negotiations. Among Chinese exporters, the bank is optimistic about Techtronic Industries, SHENZHOU INT, JiuXing Holdings, and Crystal International, but has given "sell" ratings to Zhejiang Dingli and QuanFeng Holdings.
