According to the Zhitong Finance APP, on July 9th, the State Administration for Market Regulation held the fourth enterprise fair competition symposium for 2025, themed &#34;Maintaining Fair Competition Market Order and Promoting High-Quality Development of the Private Economy.&#34; Representatives from eight companies, including Goldwind, TELD, Great Wall Motor, Du Xiaoman, Vipshop, NetEase, SF Express, and Neusoft, spoke and provided opinions and suggestions on strengthening fair competition governance. Meng Yang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Administration, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Meng Yang introduced a series of recent policy measures implemented by the Administration, as well as efforts to address prominent issues affecting fair competition for private enterprises. He pointed out that the Administration will resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, strengthen fair competition reviews, enhance antitrust regulatory enforcement, and improve the efficiency of investment and merger reviews to create a favorable market environment and broader space for the development of private enterprises.
