HKR INT'L Shanghai HKR Taikoo Hui introduces LV landmark "Louis Ship"

HKR INT'L (00480.HK) announced that its flagship project, Shanghai Xinya Taikoo Hui, has achieved phased results in its upgrade and renovation. Recently, it collaborated with Louis Vuitton to introduce the brand's cruise-shaped commercial landmark "Louis".

The company stated that since the upgrade of Shanghai Xinya Taikoo Hui began in 2022, it has partnered with multiple brands over the past three years to create themed retail spaces, introducing flagship stores such as DIOR Beauty, the largest Zimmermann flagship store in China, and the largest Balenciaga flagship store in China.

Ding Ruifang, General Manager of Leasing and Management of the group, stated that after the completion of the first phase of renovations at the North Square of Shanghai Xinya Taikoo Hui, the connectivity of the mall has been greatly enhanced, and it will continue to optimize the tenant mix of high-end brands to attract more international brands in the future
