SDITC: Chen Liu Yi appointed as non-executive director and vice chairman
SDITC announced that Chen Liu Yi has been elected as a non-executive director and vice chairman, effective from July 10, 2025. This appointment has been approved by the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration, and Mr. Chen will also serve as a member of the company's Strategy and Risk Management Committee and Audit Committee
According to the announcement from Shandong Guoxin (01697), it includes the election of Mr. Chen Liu Yi as a non-executive director of the company.
Mr. Chen was elected as a non-executive director at the extraordinary general meeting. The company recently received the "Reply from the Shandong Financial Regulatory Bureau on the Qualification of Mr. Chen Liu Yi as Director and Vice Chairman of Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd." (Lu Jin Fu [2025] No. 280) issued by the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision Administration. Accordingly, Mr. Chen will assume the position of non-executive director and vice chairman of the company starting from July 10, 2025. Mr. Chen has also been appointed as a member of the company's Strategy and Risk Management Committee and Audit Committee
