Cryptocurrency asset management company Grayscale applies for a U.S. IPO

According to foreign media reports, cryptocurrency asset management company Grayscale Investments has secretly submitted an initial public offering application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Grayscale announced on Monday that it has submitted an S-1 registration statement, but the number of shares to be issued and the price range have not yet been determined.

Since its establishment in 2013, the company has launched the world's first publicly traded Bitcoin fund and Ether fund, currently managing assets exceeding $33 billion, with more than 30 product types
