According to reports, China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited sent an urgent document to brokerages titled "Notice on the Submission of the Special Risk Disclosure Statement for Investment in Sci-Tech Growth Enterprises." The notice states that starting from September 22, 2025, investors who have signed the risk disclosure statement for the Sci-Tech Growth tier should have their securities account contract type marked as C; those who have not signed should be marked as K. It is reported that as of yesterday, some brokerage apps have launched the corresponding function, allowing investors to sign the risk disclosure statement online and activate trading permissions for the Sci-Tech Growth tier.
