The Chinese side approved the export applications for controlled items that met the conditions in accordance with the law, and the U.S. side correspondingly lifted the restrictions on China involved in the talks in early July. We have noted that the U.S. side recently took the initiative to express its intention to approve the sale of NVIDIA H20 chips to China. The Chinese side believes that the U.S. should abandon zero-sum thinking and continue to lift a series of unreasonable economic and trade restrictions on China. Cooperation and win-win outcomes between China and the U.S. is the right path; suppression and containment lead nowhere. In May of this year, the U.S. issued relevant export control guidelines targeting Huawei's Ascend chips, imposing stricter controls on Chinese chip products under unfounded accusations, intervening in fair market competition through administrative power, and severely damaging the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises. The Chinese side has clearly stated its position and firmly opposes this. We look forward to the U.S. side working with the Chinese side to move towards each other, correct erroneous practices through equal consultations, create a good environment for mutually beneficial cooperation between enterprises of both sides, and jointly maintain the stability of the global semiconductor supply chain.
