YUES INTL HLDG: Dahuama Shiyun appointed as new auditor
YUES INTL HLDG announced that due to the inability to reach an agreement with the current auditor, BDO Limited, regarding the audit fees, BDO Limited has resigned, effective from July 18, 2025. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP has been appointed as the new auditor, effective from the same date, with a term ending at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting
According to the announcement from Le Shi International Holdings (01529), the company and its auditor, Tenzhong Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants Limited (Tenzhong Hong Kong), failed to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2025. Therefore, Tenzhong Hong Kong has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 18, 2025.
Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Limited (Deloitte Tohmatsu) has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective July 18, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by Tenzhong Hong Kong's resignation. The term of Deloitte Tohmatsu will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
