According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Citigroup Inc. underwent a business change, with Yang Changhao stepping down as the legal representative and Nadir Sarela resigning as a director, both succeeded by ZHANG WENJIE, who will also serve as the manager. Citigroup Inc. was established in March 2007, with a registered capital of 3.97 billion RMB, and its business scope includes banking services, securities investment fund custody, and public securities investment fund sales. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Citigroup Inc. of the United States
