TSIT WING INTL issued a profit warning, expecting that the interim profit attributable to shareholders for the period ending June 30, 2025, will decrease by approximately 30% to 35% year-on-year. The main reasons include the absence of one-time gains from asset sales during the reporting period, while there was a gain of approximately HKD 12.4 million in the same period of 2024, as well as a decline in gross profit margin due to rising coffee bean prices
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TSIT WING INTL (02119) announced that the group expects to achieve a profit attributable to the owners of the parent company for the six months ending June 30, 2025, which will decrease by approximately 30% to 35% compared to the same period in 2024.
The decrease is mainly due to (i) the absence of one-time gains from asset sales during the reporting period, while the group recorded gains of approximately HKD 12.4 million from asset sales in the same period of 2024; and (ii) a decrease in gross profit margin due to increased procurement costs caused by rising commodity prices of coffee beans
