BII TRANS TECH announced that the cumulative amount of newly signed and awarded projects within the six months ending June 30, 2025, is approximately 1.144 billion yuan. The company successfully won the bid for the Beijing Subway Line 22 project, amounting to approximately 79.1 million yuan, and received an order for the East Coast Rail PIS project in Malaysia. The next-generation intelligent PIS products for Guangzhou Metro Line 10 and Line 12 have been delivered. The company's innovative achievements in the field of intelligent rail transit have been recognized by the industry, and it will participate in the 2025 Indonesia Rail Transit International Summit
According to the announcement from Beijing Investment Transportation Technology (01522), as of June 30, 2025, the group has cumulatively signed new contracts and won bids amounting to approximately RMB 1.144 billion based on preliminary internal statistics.
In terms of market expansion, the group continues to consolidate its market presence in Beijing. In the second quarter, it successfully won the bid for the comprehensive monitoring, vehicle health management system, and big data analysis platform project for Beijing Metro Line 22, with a bid amount of approximately RMB 79.10 million. Meanwhile, it continues to deepen its overseas layout, recently securing an order for the PIS project of the East Coast Railway in Malaysia, providing PIS products for concentrated power models. This product is being applied in the Malaysian market for the first time, leveraging the technology of the Fuxing intelligent EMU, integrating multiple functions such as passenger information services, seat information display, and passenger Wi-Fi. This project will lay the foundation for the group to further expand into the Southeast Asian market.
In terms of project implementation, the next-generation intelligent PIS products for Guangzhou Metro Line 10 and Line 12, constructed by the group, have been officially delivered. This project includes six core functions such as IoT platform and big data platform, enabling efficient device access and intelligent data processing, utilizing a two-tier architecture of cloud platform and broadcasting control, thereby establishing a new intelligent rail transit industrial control system.
In terms of technological innovation, the group’s achievements in the field of intelligent rail transit have been recognized by the industry again. The "Smart Innovation Application Demonstration Project for the Beijing Rail Transit Winter Olympics Branch," in which the group participated, won the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" from the China Urban Rail Transit Association for 2024. This project has multi-system operation and processing capabilities, meeting the diversified needs of intelligent rail transit operations. Additionally, the "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Onboard Edge Intelligence in Rail Transit Based on Cloud-Native Technology," led by the group, won the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" from the Beijing Rail Transit Society for 2024. This technology can effectively enhance the integration, coordination, and intelligence level of train systems.
Furthermore, in the second quarter, the group was invited to participate in the 2025 Indonesia Rail Transit International Summit. As one of the few Chinese smart transportation technology companies on the first day of the summit, the group showcased its comprehensive service capabilities in the field of intelligent integrated upgrades for rail transit and engaged in intensive discussions with partners from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries, systematically introducing the group’s mature experience in cloud integration platforms and intelligent operation and maintenance.
