The new company focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of phosphogypsum and new solid waste building materials, aiming to promote the green and low-carbon transformation and resource recycling of the phosphogypsum industry in Yunnan Province. According to the announcement from Yunnan Construction Investment Concrete (01847), the joint venture company was established on July 18, 2025, and is registered as Yunnan Construction Investment Phosphogypsum Comprehensive Utilization Industry Technology Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Construction Investment Phosphogypsum Company), with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. It has completed the business registration procedures with the Market Supervision Administration of Anning City, Yunnan Province, and obtained a "Business License."
As previously disclosed, the joint venture company is actually controlled by the company and will be consolidated into the group's financial statements as a subsidiary. Yunnan Construction Investment Phosphogypsum Company focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and construction of phosphogypsum and new solid waste building materials, providing and producing phosphogypsum aggregates as well as comprehensive utilization technology and products for phosphogypsum solid waste, which can be widely applied in road, municipal, and water conservancy engineering construction fields.
