WTI September crude oil futures closed down $0.06, a decrease of 0.09%, at $65.25 per barrel.

NYMEX August natural gas futures closed down 5.38%, at $3.0770 per million British thermal units.

NYMEX August gasoline futures closed at $2.1213 per gallon, and NYMEX August heating oil futures closed at $2.4490 per gallon.

European natural gas prices reversed previous gains, falling for the fifth consecutive trading day, as ample supply eased market tensions.
