According to the Tianyancha APP, on July 25th, Ganfeng Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Guangkai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 200 million RMB. Its business scope includes emerging energy technology research and development, solar power generation technology services, energy storage technology services, and more. It is reported that the shareholders of the company are Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd., and its establishment marks Ganfeng Lithium's further layout in the new energy industry chain
