In the first half of this year, China's automobile production and sales both exceeded 15 million units for the first time, with strong growth in the production and sales of new energy vehicles, and automobile exports achieving double-digit growth. Industry insiders believe that the current automobile industry is accelerating the construction of a mutually beneficial and sustainable ecosystem among upstream and downstream enterprises, promoting the entire industry to move towards a new stage of high-quality development. The trade-in policy continues to show effectiveness, significantly improving the domestic demand market. In the first half of the year, domestic automobile sales reached 12.57 million units, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%. According to data from the Ministry of Commerce, as of May 31, the number of applications for automobile trade-in subsidies this year reached 4.12 million. "Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the 'two new' policies will continue to be implemented in an orderly manner, coupled with the continuous enrichment of new products from enterprises, which will drive sustained growth in automobile consumption," said Chen Shihua, deputy secretary-general of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers
