ST Kaiyuan announced that the Intermediate People's Court of Changsha, Hunan Province has approved the creditor Changsha Kaiyuan Instrument Co., Ltd. to conduct a pre-restructuring of the company, but the company has not officially entered the restructuring process. The company's net profit for the years 2022-2024, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, is negative, and the auditing agency has issued an unqualified audit report with a paragraph on significant uncertainties regarding continued operations.
