U.S. copper mining concept stocks almost all collapsed, as President Trump excluded refined copper from copper tariffs. 
The U.S. Copper Index ETF fell by 19.31%, and the copper mining ETF dropped by 2.9%. 
Freeport (FCX) closed down 9.46%, with a cumulative decline of 13% over the last five trading days. 
Hudbay Mining fell by 7%, and Southern Copper Company dropped by 6.33%
