Hong Kong stocks continued to fluctuate weakly today, with the Hang Seng Index closing down 1.6% at 24,773.33 points, falling below the 25,000 mark. The total turnover for the day was HKD 32.0633 billion. Although the Hang Seng Tech Index briefly turned positive, it fell again in the afternoon.
