BMW returns to the panda bond market, completing the issuance of RMB 3.5 billion bonds
On July 31, according to Deutsche Bank AG, BMW Group has returned to the panda bond market and recently completed the issuance of its first panda bonds this year, totaling RMB 3.5 billion in one-year and three-year RMB bonds. The issuer of these panda bonds is BMW China Capital B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary guaranteed by BMW, aimed at assisting BMW Group's internal business financing arrangements. Deutsche Bank AG served as the joint lead underwriter for this panda bond issuance
