INNOSCIENCE has reached a cooperation with NVIDIA to promote the large-scale application of 800 VDC power architecture in AI data centers. This architecture is designed for efficient power supply and has significant advantages in efficiency, thermal loss, and reliability compared to traditional 54V power supplies, supporting an increase in AI computing power by 100 to 1,000 times. INNOSCIENCE's third-generation GaN devices provide a full-link power solution for this architecture, which is expected to drive a leap in AI data centers from kilowatt to megawatt levels, ushering in a more efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly era of AI computing
