The profit distribution and capital increase plan was approved by the shareholders' meeting on June 11, 2025. Based on a total share capital of 104,262,299 shares, a cash dividend of 0.4 yuan per share will be distributed, and 0.4 shares will be converted, totaling a cash dividend distribution of 41,704,919.60 yuan and an increase of 41,704,920 shares, resulting in a total share capital of 145,967,219 shares after distribution.
