SDITC: Chen Xuebin's qualification to serve as a non-executive director has been approved
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDITC announced that Mr. Chen Xuebin was elected as a non-executive director of the company at the extraordinary general meeting. The company recently received the "Reply from the Shandong Financial Regulatory Bureau on the Qualification of Mr. Chen Xuebin as a Director of Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd." (Lu Jin Fu [2025] No. 314) issued by the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration. Accordingly, Mr. Chen will assume the position of non-executive director of the company starting from July 30, 2025
