"Resumption" MOMENTUM FIN issues convertible bonds to repay debts of 178 million yuan
MOMENTUM FIN (01152.HK) announced a proposed debt restructuring, issuing convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 178 million to offset the same amount of debt due. The bond has a term of two years and an annual interest rate of 3%; the conversion price is HKD 0.073, equivalent to the closing price before the suspension; the newly convertible shares will account for 71.36% of the company's expanded share capital.
The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Tuesday (5th)
