Anderson plans to acquire the remaining shares of Marathon Petroleum for $430 million
Agricultural trader Anderson (ANDE.US) announced plans to acquire the remaining shares of its joint venture with Marathon Petroleum (MPC.US) for $425 million.
The company stated that the deal includes four ethanol plants, doubling Anderson's investment in biofuels
