According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LFG INV HLDGS announced that all the conditions precedent set forth in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the transaction was completed on August 5, 2025. A total of 81,192,600 placement shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital after the placement shares are allotted and issued, excluding any treasury shares) have been allotted and issued to no less than six subscribers at a placement price of HKD 0.40 per placement share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement
