The stock by all metrics is wildly expensive, but who cares! If you’re bullish and don't want the downside risk, then a call broken wing butterfly is a neutral play but with an extra profit potential to the upside (and no risk to the downside). If you think the pain is mostly over, LLY has high volatility going into earnings 8/7 and seems to put in lows around $700.
