The report cites White House officials confirming that Apple will announce the news at 4:30 PM Eastern Time in the Oval Office, which includes Apple's commitment to a new "Made in America" initiative.
The official stated that with the new commitment, Apple's total investment in the United States over the next four years will reach $600 billion
