After U.S. President Donald Trump requested the resignation of Intel (INTC.US) CEO Chen Lifeng, Chen emphasized in a memo to employees that he has always adhered to the highest legal and ethical standards.
Chen pointed out that he has worked in the industry for over 40 years, establishing relationships around the world and within its diverse ecosystem, and has always operated under the highest legal and ethical standards. He added that Intel is working with the White House to address the issues and supports Trump's commitment to advancing U.S. national and economic security. He also noted that the Intel board fully supports the company's transformation plan
