On August 9th, during the 2025 World Robot Conference, Xu Lei, head of the Intelligent Robotics Business Department of JD.com's 3C Digital Business Group, stated in an interview with reporters that in the future, robots will enter thousands of households and cover various industries, which requires a process. "The first step is to allow users to have close contact and experience the scenarios of using robots."
