<li>The United States will continue to amend the implementation of the tariff increases on Chinese goods (including goods from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region) as stipulated in Executive Order No. 14257 dated April 2, 2025. Starting from August 12, 2025, the implementation of the 24% tariff will be suspended for another 90 days, while retaining the remaining 10% tariff on these goods as stipulated in the executive order.</li>
<li>China will continue to (1) amend the implementation of the tariff increases on U.S. goods as stipulated in the Tax Commission Announcement No. 4 of 2025. Starting from August 12, 2025, the implementation of the 24% tariff will be suspended for another 90 days, while retaining the remaining 10% tariff on these goods; and (2) take or maintain necessary measures to suspend or cancel non-tariff countermeasures against the United States in accordance with the agreed Geneva Joint Statement</li>

- The U.S. will continue to modify the implementation of tariffs on Chinese goods, including those from Hong Kong and Macau, by suspending the 24% tariff for 90 days starting August 12, 2025, while retaining the remaining 10% tariff.  
- China will also modify its tariff implementation on U.S. goods by suspending the 24% tariff for 90 days from August 12, 2025, while keeping the remaining 10% tariff in place.  
- Additionally, China will take necessary measures to suspend or cancel non-tariff countermeasures against the U.S. as agreed in the Geneva Joint Statement.
