The S.A.S. DRAGON Ye family purchased a four-bedroom unit at Yangming Mountain Villa for 31.88 million

S.A.S. DRAGON (01184.HK) member of the Yan family recently purchased a four-bedroom unit in Tai Tam Yang Ming Villa for HKD 31.88 million, holding the property for 14 years, resulting in an actual loss of about 5% upon exit.

According to the information, the transaction unit is Room 49 on a low floor of Block 7 in Yang Ming Villa, with a usable area of 1,624 square feet, featuring a four-bedroom layout. Last month, it was sold for HKD 31.88 million including a parking space, at a price of HKD 19,631 per square foot. The registered buyers are Tsui Yuk Shan and Yim Tsz Yu Jeffery, the wife and son of Yan Yu Lin, the founder, chairman, and CEO of S.A.S. DRAGON.

The original owner of this sale purchased the property in 2011 for HKD 31.49 million including a parking space from the late Zhao Shiguang, chairman of Huaguang Aviation Group, and related parties. Currently, the paper profit is HKD 390,000, but after expenses, it is expected to incur an actual loss of about HKD 1.6 million or 5%
