ASP Isotopes Inc. and Quantum Leap Energy LLC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Fermi America to form a joint venture for the development of an advanced nuclear fuel research and production facility at the HyperGrid Campus in Texas. The MOU outlines plans for a HALEU enrichment facility and a separate ASPI-owned facility for stable isotopes and advanced materials. The HyperGrid Campus, co-founded by Rick Perry, aims to be the largest hybrid energy and data infrastructure campus, generating over 11 GW of power.
