Guotai Haitong announced that after the end-of-day settlement on September 12, it will implement the transition of legal entities, customer and business migration and consolidation at the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Beijing Stock Exchange, National Equities Exchange and Quotations, China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, various contracted custodial banks, and fund management companies. The legal entity of the original Haitong Securities at the aforementioned institutions will be switched to Guotai Haitong, and the corresponding settlement participant codes, settlement accounts, dealer codes, coding parameters, etc., for the relevant markets will be switched accordingly. The customers and businesses of the original Haitong Securities will be migrated and consolidated into Guotai Haitong in due course
