SUNSHINE OIL (02012.HK) announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Norba Technology from Norba Energy Holdings, which owns geothermal heat pump centralized heating and cooling project operations and intelligent management technology. The company plans to use this for oil sands production in Canada, at a cost of 50.92 million yuan, to be paid through the issuance of 56.98 million consideration shares at an issue price of 0.895 yuan, a premium of 33.58% compared to the last trading day (19th)
