Baidu search results are over 64% generated by AI, with digital humans' Q2 revenue nearing 500 million

On the evening of August 20, Baidu founder Robin Li disclosed during the Q2 earnings call that Baidu is continuously accelerating its search transformation, with AI responses that prioritize intelligence, structure, and multimodality gradually replacing static hyperlinks. In July, the proportion of AI-generated content in mobile search results pages rapidly increased from 35% in April to 64%; on the Baidu APP, over 60% of the top search results pages present rich media content.

In Q2, revenue generated by digital humans increased by 55% quarter-on-quarter, amounting to approximately 500 million yuan according to information disclosed during the call.
