"Performance" SMOORE INTL's mid-term net profit is 492 million RMB, a decrease of 28%, with a dividend of 20 Hong Kong cents
SMOORE INTL (06969.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ending in June, with revenue of RMB 6.013 billion, an increase of 18.3% year-on-year; gross profit of RMB 2.244 billion, up 16.6%. It recorded a net profit of RMB 492 million, a decline of 28%, mainly due to revenue and gross profit growth not being sufficient to offset the increase in expenses; earnings per share were 8.08 cents. An interim dividend of HKD 0.20 was declared, compared to HKD 0.05 in the same period last year.
Excluding share-based payment expenses, the adjusted profit for the first half was RMB 737 million, a decline of 2.1%
