"Performance" BRII-B's half-year loss narrowed to 148 million yuan

BRII-B (02137.HK) announced its interim results for the period ending June this year, with other income of RMB 28.127 million, a year-on-year decrease of 60.3%. The loss narrowed to RMB 148 million, compared to a loss of RMB 281 million in the same period last year; the loss per share is RMB 0.2. No dividend is declared.

The reduction in loss is mainly attributed to a decrease in other losses net amount related to changes in the fair value of equity investments by RMB 116 million, a decrease in impairment losses net amount under the expected credit loss model by RMB 33 million, and a reduction in operating expenses
