Recently, several ride-hailing platforms announced a reduction in their commission rates. DiDi announced that based on an average commission of 14% for all orders in 2024, the maximum commission cap for each order will be lowered to 27%. It is understood that most of the funds retained from DiDi's commission will be used to subsidize drivers and passengers, as well as to strengthen the protection of driver and passenger rights and improve safety and experience capabilities.
